UTAH WARRIORS ANNOUNCE 2022 REGULAR SEASON SCHEDULE
HERRIMAN, UT (November 9, 2021) – The Utah Warriors have released their Five Year Anniversary 2022 Major League Rugby Regular Season Schedule. The Warriors will open the season on the road against the San Diego Legion on February 6, and host their first home game of the season on March 5 against Major League Rugby’s newest expansion team, the Dallas Jackals.
“It will be great to get back out onto the field with the boys this coming season,” said Warriors 2021 Captain Bailey Wilson. “I thought we took some really good strides forward in 2021, putting together an extraordinary season. But I’m excited to get back to work and continue to improve as we chase the MLR Shield in 2022.”
Other key games for the Warriors include a road match against Old Glory DC on April 15. The match will mark the first time the Warriors have played in the Nation’s Capital. The Warriors will host the defending MLR Eastern Conference Champions, Rugby ATL, on May 7 at Zions Bank Stadium. Utah will wrap up their regular season home schedule on May 28 when they host the defending Major League Rugby Champions, the LA Giltinis.
