Utah Warriors announce JR. Warriors Kids Program

Come play, watch and learn the game of rugby from Coach Daniels and his team at Warriors home games, clinics, and other special events. Sign-ups are limited so get your spot reserved for the Junior Warriors before they’re gone!

The Utah Warriors will be holding 3 JR. Warrior clinics for boys and girls to give future Warriors the opportunity to scrum down, tackle, pass and learn from the current players and coaching staff.

Coach Daniels expressed his excitement for this program, “We are very excited to take another step closer to becoming the epicenter of rugby in North America, by announcing our JR Warriors program. This program will be the exciting beginning for youngsters to make rugby the sport of their choice, to learn and develop under the direction of the Utah Warriors professional coaches and an opportunity to begin their journey on the pathway to becoming a Utah Warrior.”

Rugby at the grass roots level has a special place with Coach Daniels as that is where was able get his coaching career off the ground. For Daniels, being able to coach rugby at all levels and now get an opportunity to give back to a program such as the JR. Warriors is golden.

The Warriors and the coaching staff are keen on building at the grass roots level “We look forward to working with the youngsters of Utah and helping them fulfill their dreams. See you on the grass!” said Daniels.
