(Salt Lake City, Utah) – The Utah Warriors host the defending Major League Rugby Champions, the Seattle Seawolves this Friday, April 5th at Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman. The match starts at 7:00 PM and will be broadcast locally on KMYU, ESPN +, and Facebook Watch.
The Warriors (1-5-1) are coming off of a lopsided loss to the Toronto Arrows last week, while the Seawolves (5-3) have had a bye week in preparation for the match. The Warriors are currently in eighth place in league standings with nine total points, while the Seawolves are in fourth place with 27 table points.
The Utah Warriors announced this week that any Salt Lake Stallions season ticket holders or fans will be complimentary guests at Friday’s match on the heels of the AAF and Stallions announcing the closing of the league and teams. Stallions ticket holders can follow simply visit the following link STALLIONS GUEST TICKETS and enter code: Stallions or redeem the offer at the box office.
Warriors General Manager Kimball Kjar sent a letter to Warriors season ticket holders, fans, and sponsors as well as the greater Utah sports community about the ticket offer.

Kjar commented on the ticket extension to Stallions fans, “This is one of the best sports communities in the nation, and we were saddened to hear about the team and league closing down. We know that it is a hard business running professional sports and at times, being a fan of the teams. Rugby is of course the father of football, so we wanted to invite our football family to join us for a day of passing, tackling, touchdowns and extra points”
The Stallions had one more home game remaining, the Warriors currently have four more home matches.
