Warriors Nation,(Salt Lake City, UT) — As the Team makes its final preparations for the last game of MLR season 2, I find myself reflecting on the many great memories of 2019. While there were some great Team performances, exciting try’s scored, big carries, crunching tackles and hours of training and personal sacrifice’s made by the players, my deepest gratitude goes to those who make this great opportunity possible.Thank you to our GREAT Warriors Nation! Those who came to our first home game of the season and braved sub zero freezing conditions to yell, scream and ring their bells for us, and then sat in the snow for the following 2 games, to continue supporting us. The faithful, who even though we were not getting results on the score board, continued to believe and see the growth of this Warriors Team. We appreciate you all so much and say Thank You! You inspire us to be better and play better, we dedicate this last home game to all of you! We look forward to seeing you all this Saturday as we take on Houston.Our Team has enjoyed the many community events we have been fortunate to support. The players love interacting with the young kids at clinics, school visits, tournaments and especially our JR Warriors. So much potential talent amongst these young bidding Warriors.To our Investors, Sponsors, Warriors XV Team and Community Advisory Board. Without your support, none of this would be a reality. Thank you for letting us live our dream. We acknowledge your sacrifices and feel indebted to you all, for goodness, generosity and contributions you make for our Team. Thank you so very much.A huge thank you to our CEO, Kimball Kjar, and Board for the many, many hours of dedicated service and behind the scenes work, that keeps this Club ticking over. Sorry for the sleepless nights, headaches and stress! I hope the joy we all see on our Fans and supporters faces, helps to relieve some of the pressure.The Warriors rugby Team and Staff, are just a tiny cog in this great machine we call the Warriors Nation. Each of those mentioned above make up the more vital moving parts and with your continued support and help, we will grow, improve and very soon become the Epicenter of USA rugby.Thanks for an awesome season!
