Scott, Kenny

Kenny Scott, a third-year wing for the Utah Warriors, was born in Dallas, Texas but moved to Kansas City, Missouri at age 12. He is the youngest of two children. Scott only started playing rugby while in college at Kansas State University but picked up the game quickly. Shortly after his first match, he joined the Kansas City Blues and became a key weapon in their 7s side. As a 6’ 4”, 230 lbs newcomer with speed to burn, he began to grab the attention of local selectors. He made the Collegiate Heart of America All-Stars team and has played for Atlantis 7s and Denver Elite 7s. In 2014, he was selected for the USA Hawks 7s team. Kenny was the captain of the Kansas City Blues 7s team for six years leading them to the National final in 2016, coming second to the Rugby Utah Selects.
