Polataivao, Dwayne(C)

Dwayne Polataivao, a first-year Samoan scrum-half for the Utah Warriors, is from Auckland, New Zealand. He began his professional rugby career playing for the Auckland Rugby Union in 2015. He then went on to play for the Samoa National Rugby Team in 2016 where he then earned his first cap playing international rugby. In 2019, he got a taste of the UK professional scene when he joined the Doncaster Knights in Doncaster, England. That same year, he also competed in the Pacific Nations Cup. Most recently, Polataivao competed in the 2019 Rugby World Cup. He played in 16 tests, finishing out his World Cup appearance against Ireland on October 12th.
